Every home is cleaned between stays by a vetted team. Our turnover staff photo-verify 40 checkpoints before a home is released back for booking.

ID verification

Every guest completes a Stripe Identity check on their first booking. We don't store the document — Stripe does, under financial regulation.

Permit compliance

Every third-party host provides their local STR permit number at onboarding. We match it against city registries before listing goes live.

Damage protection

Every stay is covered by Safely (US) or Truvi (international) for up to $5M of accidental damage. No security deposits held on your card.
