About AC Furnished Rentals
We build the direct-booking home for furnished rentals — for travelers who want honesty over hype, and hosts who want a better deal than the big OTAs offer.
The furnished-rental industry is crowded, but every platform makes the same trade. The big OTAs charge 15–20% of every booking and hide half of that in a "guest service fee" that you only see on the last screen. Branded operators take on fixed leases that look good in sunny quarters and catastrophic when travel slows down.
We come at it from a different angle. We started with a hundred homes we already owned and manage through Lodgify — the source of truth for pricing, availability, and every channel we distribute on. That's the first-party base. On top of that, we're opening the marketplace to third-party hosts who want a better commission structure and real tooling: automated occupancy tax, instant Stripe payouts, and Safely damage coverage built in.
The guest side gets a cleaner experience: all-in pricing, zero cleaning fees, reviews with full text, and a 24/7 U.S. phone line. If a home falls short of our written Promise, you get compensated. We'd rather take the hit than hope you don't notice.
Built on three principles
Asset-light, transparent
We don't take fixed leases. Sonder died from that exact trade. Asset-light ops survive travel downturns.
Write it down
If we won't publish the rule, we won't enforce it privately. Cancellation terms, refund windows, commission — all explicit.
