1. Who we are
AC Furnished Rentals operates a booking platform for furnished short- and medium-term rentals. For bookings on homes managed directly by us, we act as the host. For bookings on third-party listings, we act as an intermediary marketplace and are not party to the rental agreement itself.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ to book. We verify identity through Stripe Identity on the first booking. Accounts are personal to you and may not be transferred.
3. Bookings & payment
All prices shown are in USD and all-inclusive unless otherwise noted. Payment is captured at the time of booking. For stays on third-party listings, funds are held and transferred to the host 24 hours after check-in.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are described on our Cancellation Policy. The policy applicable to your stay is the one displayed at the time of booking.
5. Host responsibilities
Third-party hosts are independent operators. They are responsible for accurate listings, legal compliance with their local jurisdiction (including short-term rental permits), and the safety of their premises. We do not inspect every property in person.
6. Dispute resolution
Disputes are first addressed through our internal resolution process. Binding arbitration applies as described in the full agreement, with a narrow small-claims and injunctive-relief carve-out.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
