Two rate plans, one clear policy per plan. Refunds are automatic — no phone calls, no paperwork.
Flex Rate
The default rate on every listing.

Economy Rate
10% off the Flex rate, chosen at booking.

Monthly stays (28+ nights)
Monthly stays require a 30-day cancellation notice. The first month is non-refundable once the stay begins.

If a home becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we'll re-book you into a comparable home in the same neighborhood — or refund in full plus issue a $200 travel credit. See our full Promise.
How refunds arrive
- · Credit card: 3–5 business days from Stripe
- · ACH / bank transfer: 5–7 business days
- · Apple Pay / Google Pay: 1–3 business days to the underlying card
